These terms cover the keenrig.com website. The Keenrig software carries its own licence — the two are separate.
1. Scope
Keenrig, the keenrig.com website and the Keenrig Console (console.keenrig.com) are operated by Nguyen Van Hau, a sole proprietor based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact: hello@keenrig.com.
These terms apply to the keenrig.com website and its pages. They are NOT a software licence: installing and running Keenrig on your own servers is governed by the licence shipped with the release.
By using the website you accept the terms below.
2. Content on this website
The content here is informational. Technical specifications, the application catalogue and the roadmap change as the product develops, and we do not warrant that every page reflects the latest release at every moment.
Prices for paid plans are the ones shown at checkout. Other commercial conditions are binding only where set out in a separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The name, logo, text and images on this website belong to Keenrig unless stated otherwise. You may quote with attribution; reproducing the whole to build a similar site, you may not.
Names and logos of the applications in the catalogue belong to their respective owners.
4. External links
This website links elsewhere, for example to the source code of catalogue applications. We do not control and are not responsible for content on those sites.
5. Paid plans and purchases
Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Enterprise) and the HA add-on are sold online through Paddle, our reseller. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and handles refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase alongside these terms.
Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page and exclude sales tax, which Paddle calculates at checkout from your location. Monthly, yearly and 5-year subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the Console; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds follow our refund policy at keenrig.com/en/refund, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
This clause concerns the WEBSITE. Liability relating to the software and to paid services is set out in the applicable licence and contract.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of this page; the version displayed is the version in force.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
