What this website collects
Nothing. No cookies, no localStorage, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no input fields of any kind.
Every page is prebuilt static HTML. Your browser loads no resource from any other domain — no external fonts, no CDN libraries, no embedded social buttons. You can verify this yourself: open the Network tab in your browser devtools and read the list of hosts contacted.
Server logs
The infrastructure provider serving this website processes IP addresses and request metadata at a technical level in order to deliver content to you and to prevent abuse. That is a technical condition of serving a web page rather than collection on our part, and we do not use it to identify or profile visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep that email in order to reply to you and to follow the conversation. Not used for anything else, not passed to anyone.
Other places, other policies
The cloud console (console.keenrig.com) is a separate service, it has a login and its own policy. This page covers the marketing website only.
What about data inside the product
This is the core distinction of Keenrig and worth stating plainly here: when you install Keenrig, your applications and your data sit on your own server. A self-hosted install needs no cloud account and can run fully disconnected from us.
Backups are always encrypted with a passphrase you choose, and that passphrase is not stored on our side.
Your rights and how to reach us
Because the website stores no personal data, there is usually nothing to request access to or erase. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to us.
